About the role

The Senior Planning and Monitoring Advisor provides expert advice to business units across our organisation to support a strong organisational culture of planning and performance engagement and outcome focus. This role uses strong technical expertise in performance measurements through collaboration with other government agencies, aligning with international best practice and the use of well used methodologies.

This role supports the National Planning and Performance team to achieve its strategic objectives through effective management and coordination of strategy and business planning, organisational performance measurement and reporting capability, and business improvement initiatives.

The salary range for this role is $100k to $112k.

About you

You will have significant experience in organisational performance measurement, monitoring and reporting.

Known for your ability to influence and communicate, you will be a highly motivated self-starter, have a strong Business Intelligence background and proven track record delivering results. You will be joining a driving and engaging team and have one direct report.
