Job Description

Our supportive Quality and Patient Safety Corporate Team currently based in Greymouth are looking for a Quality Facilitator to join their team. 

This role will provide you an exciting opportunity for personal and professional growth and development, coordinating quality and patient safety projects.

It goes without saying that your enthusiasm and drive will shine through in this role as will your ability to build relationships and think on your feet in this ever changing environment. You will have a passion for quality and patient safety, be creative and innovative, with an eye for detail. Your excellent interpersonal and time management skills will see you providing exceptional customer service to your team and consumers.

Our ideal applicant will have in depth clinical experience working within the Mental Health industry with familiarity and knowledge of the application and principles underlying quality improvement, project management and change management.

Computer proficiency skills are essential for this role and a knowledge of the organisations structures and operating process would be beneficial.
