This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration range for this role is $141,917 to $200,353 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
If you are passionate about leading a team and influencing the wider organisation to deliver great customer experiences, then this is the role for you. As our Head of Customer Experience, you'll have the opportunity to continue to develop a team and deliver the Customer Experience function at Wellington Water.
This role will see you draw on your strategic thinking expertise as you formulate customer strategy, services, policies, procedures and training requirements. You'll really utilise your relationship management mastery and seasoned communication skills as you focus on leading the team that delivers the best service to our clients and organisation.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- proven strong leadership skills and experience
- demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing customer strategies
- strong coaching and mentoring skills
- effective communication skills
- proven ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally
- strategic thinking
- qualification in customer service, contact centre, business administration or relevant experience.
