This can either be a full-time or part time position of 20 - 40 hours per week.
The remuneration range for this role is $62,554 to $88,312 (full-time, including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant, but this is a role with a twist! In your position, you won't just be expected to manage diaries, but you'll also be proactively planning and coordinating the committees that the Director of Regulatory Services chairs. This includes preparing and circulating agendas, taking minutes and following up on assigned tasks and actions that arise from the meetings.
In this role, you'll bring along your excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. About you
To be successful in this role you will bring the following:
- Prior experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Demonstrated ability to take accurate and succinct committee minutes due to your high attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to proactively forward plan
- The ability to influence and manage relationships across all levels of an organisation
