This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration range for this role is $64,306 to $90,785 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
We are looking for a savvy coordinator who can provide high-quality administration and coordination support to the Technical and Developer Services team. If you have excellent time management skills and enjoy problem solving, this could be the role for you.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and triage the email inbox daily for the land development team
- Prioritise and allocate incoming applications for land development work
- Track and follow up progress of assigned tasks with engineers
- Maintain and log issues and complaints from receipt to resolution
- Review and update process maps, workflow, standard templates, checklists and standard operating procedures
- Provide team coordination of meetings, workshops, appointments and minute taking
About you
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys handling high volume, routine and process-driven tasks with a focus on attention to detail.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Experience in office administration and team coordination
- Knowledge of online workflow and record keeping platforms
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A strong customer service focus
- Proficient with the MS suite of products and record keeping platforms
- Experience with consent administration would be an advantage
