Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

Join a dynamic close-knit Master Data team on a fixed term contract with an amazing team leader and manager. The team has a clear and strong purpose, enjoys the agile environment and makes a contribution to the team and the sector. This role is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a difference to everyday kiwis (as patients) around healthcare.
The Data Administrator reports into the Master Data Team Leader. Working amongst a team of other Master Data Administrators, you will support operations by updating, monitoring and analysing master data within the Finance Procurement Information Management, FPIM (Oracle) ERP system and will liaise with key strategic partners in the sector. You will also be involved in:
- Master Data Maintenance/Service delivery
- Data Integrity
- Quality control/continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Engagement.
Mōu | About you
You are a highly motivated and driven team player and have experience with ERP Master Data Administration working with complex data along with the following:
- High level of data accuracy and process compliance
- Attention to detail, with adherence to process and compliance with policies and standards
- High level of written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- An ability to assimilate a variety of information from multiple sources
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
This role requires 3-5 years' experience working in a similar Master Data role within a complex organisation and an understanding of complex documentation and change control concepts and practice.
Ideally you will have a background in Supply Chain or the health sector with Procurement exposure.
