We are looking for an Operational Support Coordinator to join our busy Client Services team within the Quality Assurance Division.

In this role, you will:

  • Allocate work, monitor and manage the performance and workload of Operational Support Officers to ensure the work of the team is accurate, of a consistently high standard and to meet timeframes
  • Ensure a customer centric service focus in team operations consistent with QAD expectations and NZQA customer charter
  • Create a team environment that fosters and develops effective working relationships and high performance within the team
  • In conjunction with the Team Leader, identify and co-ordinate professional development opportunities of both team members and the team
  • Anticipate and report problems and areas of risk, propose solutions to the Team Leader
  • Provide feedback and advice on new initiatives as requested by the Team Leader

You will have a high level of expertise in the use of databases, spreadsheets and word processing software and can demonstrate the ability to operate in a high transactional and fast-paced environment.  If you have a demonstrated understanding of these points and are highly organised and professional, then this is the role for you.
