Job Description

The Examination Process Manager manages the business-as-usual production processes for the development and marking of external assessments; and drives evidenced-based quality assurance and continuous improvement processes. 

You will have responsibility for developing, implementing and reviewing the annual production plan and all activities that relate to the development and marking of national secondary school examinations, including those examined through submitted work completed in schools.  This involves working closely with the Team Leaders, who manage the full-time National Assessment Facilitators, Editors, business support staff, and contracted personnel who develop and mark external examinations. 

If you have proven ability to drive and deliver evidence-based process improvement, influence and persuade others to achieve high level outcomes, and analyse and develop solutions to complex problems, this could be the role for you.
