The purpose of this role is to provide high quality resourcing expertise and support, partnering with hiring managers to source high calibre Contractors. The Resourcing Partner establishes key relationships with agencies and ensures AOG and Govt Procurement processes are followed. 

In this role we are seeking someone who loves to build relationships, engage in negotiations and build systems and processes. This role is all about partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to engage and manage our contracts resources across the agency. You will be adept at influencing and promoting our new approach to all contract resources. You will manage and source all new contractors, contractor extensions and provide advice to the business.

Ideally you will be self-driven, comfortable working through ambiguity, have sound recruitment and/or procurement experience, excellent inter personal and communication skills.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Ability to develop and implement pragmatic and workable solutions in a complex environment
  • Understanding of AOG contract and employment legislation
  • Work in partnership with Recruitment, Finance, Procurement, IS, Payroll and Business Support Services to ensure robust systems and processes are in place
