The Customer Experience and Behaviour team is about using data and information, research and analytics and customer-centric design and support to ensure the customer drives everything we do. They collect data and information to design great customer experiences, use research and analytics to help understand our customers and their needs and they connect with the wider Transport Agency to improve the journeys of our customers through education and behaviour change.

The role

As Corporate Information and Records Advisor you will support the team in delivering information and records management services for the NZ Transport Agency.  

This is a role with lots of variety to keep you busy and stimulated.  You will provide advice and support to internal clients across the organisation on a range of services, including information, library and records management.  We are very focused on a proactive, problem solving approach and moving forward into a more digital area.

You will enjoy collaborating with and supporting others and be a motivated and forward-thinking team player.

What you will bring

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience advising, analysing and improving information, library and records management services
  • Exceptional communication skills and significant experience delivering excellent customer service
  • A good knowledge and understanding of government legalisation and policy
  • Experience participating in information management projects and initiatives
  • Technical competence in content management, records management or library science
  • Solid experience using library and off-site storage systems, as well as content and information management systems
