    The role

    The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective administration and coordination of the Agencies contractors, while providing a proactive and flexible service to managers, employees and stakeholders.

    The Contract Resource Administrator will liaise with internal and key external stakeholders to ensure a seamless process when on and offboarding contractors. This role will work closely with the Resource Management Advisor to ensure that we collect and collate accurate data on the Agencies Contractor/Temps. 

    What you will bring

    To be successful in this role, you will bring:

    • Strong administration and coordination experience
    • Ability to maintain data and report on data sets
    • Intermediate Excel and reporting experience including V Look up and Pivot tables
    • High attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to find and fill data gaps and improve quality of information
