- Partner with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused reporting and evidence-based advice
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, processes and analytical tools
- Ensure all work aligns with equity priorities and Te Tiriti o Waitangi obligations
This role sits within the Health Analytics function and works closely with hospital and specialist services, commissioning teams and national partners.
About you

- Significant experience (typically 7–10 years) in analytics or business intelligence roles
- Strong knowledge of analytical methods, data modelling and performance reporting
- Advanced experience with visualisation and analytical tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Excel)
- Experience translating complex information for non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
