NRCF and Te Tai Tokerau district are on a journey of supporting Ara Poutama Aotearoa to be more effective by using kaupapa Māori and whānau-centred approaches, which is at the centre of Te Tai Tokerau Māori Pathways. This change journey places Tikanga Māori at the heart of all our interactions with our work whanau and the tāne in our care.
About you | Mōu
We are looking someone who has demonstrated experience delivering and teaching kapa haka. You will also need to have great people skills and the motivation to want to manage and develop tāne in our care – This is a role with unique challenges and rewards.
What we need from you:
- Exceptional people, communication & organisational skills
- The ability to motivate and harness the talents of people within a team environment.
- Ideally be experienced as an adult educator or NZQA assessor (4098 or equivalent) however it is not essential as we will support you to obtain this.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A full Drivers Licence and First Aid Certificate is required.
Utu ā-tau | Salary
The salary range for this role is $65,510 – $73,568 Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
