Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to provide support to the Neurodevelopmental Team in the Child Health Services. This role is part time, 24 hours per week. Based on Whangarei Hospital Campus.
Hours to be worked between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Flexible working hours in agreement with the Service
Provide high quality administrative support to a tight knit team
First point of contact for patients and staff in the Service
General day to day administrative tasks as directed
Provide cover leave to the wider Administration Team
Skills and experience required
Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in a customer service based role
Previous experience in working with a database
Previous experience in a health care setting is be desirable, but not essential.
