Administrator - Hospital in the Home (1.0 FTE) at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Te Tai Tokerau, Northland

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday.

About the role:
Provide timely and efficient administrative and logistical support to the Hospital in the Home Service and other services within Community Clinical Services as required.
Tasks include:
- Booking clients into the service and ensuring follow ups are booked in a timely manner
- Responsible for the timely collation of monthly data relevant to service for timely reporting
- Logistical requirement and general stock for the Hospital in the Home service (HiTH) as relevant
- Accurate and timely input of data into relevant databases and maintain as appropriate
- Be the point of contact for consumers of the relevant services for telephone enquires
Key requirements:
- Working knowledge of administration processes and Microsoft Office applications
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and self-motivate
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with a positive, friendly, flexible can-do attitude
Previous experience in a health setting is desirable but not essential.
