About the role:
Right now, we have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team here in the Dargaville as an Occupational Therapist.
This is a permanent 0.5FTE position working 20 hours per week.
This position is based in Dargaville. You will be working alongside clients both in the Hospital and in the community throughout the Kaipara to improve functional returns and optimise occupational performance. The role covers a range of neurological, orthopaedic and medical conditions. Accreditation in housing modifications is desirable.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to engage well with clients and their whānau and work in client-centred practice. You will work closely with others as part of a multidisciplinary team and have a willingness to learn and develop excellent clinical skills. A current full drivers' licence is essential.
