Right now, we have exciting entry level opportunity for Health Care Assistants to join our surgical team on a permanent basis.
About the role:
We're looking for Northlanders who have an interest in working in a hospital setting.
In this role you will work under the direction and delegation of a registered nurse (RN) and assist patients to meet their activities of daily living, comfort and safety needs. You will also perform delegated patient care duties to enhance the satisfaction of the patient and housekeeping duties to provide a clean, tidy and organized environment.
No prior experience is needed as training and ongoing support will be provided to you to succeed in this role.
We have two 0.8 FTE positions working 32 hours per week. Although we could look at a variation in hours for the right candidate.
