Location: We are a Northland wide service that offers flexibility to our team, so welcome applications from candidates either based in or relocating to Northland. There is some flexibility about where in Northland you choose to be based, Whangarei, Mid-North or Kaitaia.

Te Whatu Ora Te Tai Tokerau is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Podiatrists to join our Community Allied Health Services.This position is suitable for NZ Registered Podiatrists who are interested in exploring what it is like to work and live in the stunning North. We welcome experienced or newly graduated podiatrists to join our supportive team.

About you:
- NZ registered Podiatrist with current practicing certificate (or eligible for)
- Current drivers license
- Experience and competence in managing high risk foot pathologies, including
diabetic and vascular foot complications, wound assessment, treatment, and preventative management
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
The primary function of this position is to provide community podiatry services including diagnosis, treatment, prevention, education and management to the Northland region population who are more vulnerable to having active or high-risk foot complications due to diabetic or other high-risk foot pathologies.
