Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for Mental Health Nursing? Right now, our team are seeking an experienced nurse to join our single point of entry Triage Team.  This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 0800-1630hrs.  You will be part of a wider group of teams across the Whangarei Adult Mental Health spectrum of service provision. 

Our ideal applicant will have excellent assessment and screening skills and experience of working with people living with the effects of mental illness.  You role will involve liaising with referrers and members of multidisciplinary teams.  The successful applicant will work within a supportive team environment of health professionals that is committed to delivering an excellent clinical service.

A commitment to improving health outcomes, cultural safety and quality of care for Māori is desired.
