Right now, we have an amazing opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Community and Rehabilitation Services at Kaitaia Hospital. This role will be the primary liaison in the service with community groups and first point of contact for referrals to the service. You will have the opportunity to work directly in the community utilising home environments, Maraes, public and hospital facilities to provide initial assessments and education to patients and their whānau with a disability.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following requirements:

-       New Zealand Registration and current annual practicing certificate

-       PDRP at designated senior nursing level, or level 4

-       Relevant PG in relevant specialty area, or working towards

-       Three years' experience in relevant specialty

-       Computer literacy
