District Nurse - Bay of Islands at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Te Tai Tokerau, Northland

Our District Nursing team works across four offices in Kawakawa, Kerikeri, Kaeo and Kaikohe, and visit patients in their homes and in clinic.

 

Our work can be challenging but is also very rewarding. You will be flexible, able to work independently and as part of a friendly and experienced team, enjoy variety and the challenge of providing care to clients in the community.

 

This is a permanent part time position working rostered shifts of 32 hours per week.

Key requirements

  • Be registered and hold a current practicing certificate
  • Have a minimum of 1-year post registration experience
  • Ideally have recent experience in community nursing, as well as a good range of clinical skills including wound management.
