Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Registered Midwife to join our vibrant and friendly rural hospital team based at the Dargaville Hospital, where midwives' ongoing education is promoted and supported.

This is a part time no fixed hours position, with a component of on call weekend work during the day only.

The work is varied and based in the onsite maternity clinic and out in the community. 

Dargaville is a small rural community in scenic Northland, with spectacular locations like Baylys Beach and Kai Iwi Lakes within easy driving distance.

We are looking for a midwife who is able to build great relationships with other providers and services to strengthen and grow the service.
