About the Role

Are you an experienced Perioperative nurse? Do you have great communication skills and are able to lead, motivate & inspire? We're seeking a compassionate and skilled nursing leader who thrives in a collaborative setting and is committed to delivering excellence in perioperative care.

As Associate Clinical Nurse Manager – Perioperative Services, you'll play a crucial role in leading and supporting the nursing team alongside the Nurse Unit Manager. You'll provide clinical expertise, ensure best-practice care, and coordinate high-quality, patient-focused services within a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment.

About you

  • New Zealand Registered Nurse/Midwife with current practicing certificate
  • Relevant Post Graduate Diploma (can be working towards this)
  • Senior Nurse PDRP or Expert PDRP (with clinical examples)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant specialty
  • At least 5 years post-registration
  • Comfortable with technology and digital systems
  • While not essential, a Master's degree or leadership experience is highly desirable.
