Senior Project Manager Enterprise Content Management and Case Management System (ECM/CMS)

• Immediate Start through to 30 May 2018
• Fixed term/full time role
• Based in central Wellington

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can successfully plan, manage and implement a new ECMS/CMS.

In this role, you will work successfully with staff across the Office of the Ombudsman while consulting and managing external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

You will be engaging with a very motivated project governance board and vendor teams; and relating on a day-to-day basis with staff at all level of the organisation.

Your outstanding project management and people relationship skills will be integral to your own success and for the successful delivery of project outcomes. You will contribute to a positive team environment and enjoy coaching and mentoring other team members to improve their capability.

To be considered for the position, your experience and skills will include the following:
• Significant experience in project management roles
• Proven leadership of virtual delivery professionals
• Natural leadership qualities of diverse teams
• A demonstrated knowledge and understanding of IT project delivery
• A proven ability to confidently persuade and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills
• Experience in the successful implementation of ECM/CMS systems
• Experience in implementation within a legal or complaints management environment
• Excellent relationship management skills

The successful appointee must achieve and maintain a NZ government (NZSIS) security clearance and have legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.
