  • Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week)

About the role:

  • Assist in improving client health and reducing health inequalities and clinical risk for service users with identified high risk and complex health needs
  • Providing consultancy, clinical leadership, and skilled advanced nursing practice
  • Actively work on strengthening partnerships/alliances with internal and external stakeholders
  • Development of alternative models of care
  • Demonstrate advanced nursing leadership and mentorship
  • Deliver on the objectives of the national health strategy
  • Collaborate with and work under the guidance of the Neonatal SMO team
  • Contribute to the research agenda within the neonatal service

  • be a Neonatal trained Nurse Practitioner

Salary range

This role belongs to the NZNO Collective Agreement and falls between ($136,815 p.a) and ($162,802 p.a pro-rata) of the Nurse Practitioners Scale.
