Are you ready for a new challenge in acute inpatient care?

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Allied Health team at Dunedin Hospital in a fixed-term parental leave cover role. This is a unique opportunity to work across acute stroke, oncology/haematology, and internal medicine, contributing to high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

About you

You'll be a motivated and adaptable clinician with the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience or interest in acute stroke, oncology, and internal medicine
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy inpatient caseload
  • A commitment to continuous learning and service improvement

Salary range

This role belongs to the PSA/DHBs Allied, Public Health and Technical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and falls between Step 2- ($82,856) p.a and Step 8 ($110,210) p.a pro rata of the Degree-Based Allied, Public Health and Technical scale.
