Digitisation Officer - Preparation at Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Southern, Otago

  • Dunedin Hospital
  • Fixed-term, full-time opportunity available until end of June 2026
  • Hours of work - Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm
  • Salary between $58,150 and $64,584 per annum pro-rata depending on experience

About the role

As the Digitisation Officer - Preparation, you will effectively produce an accurate digital document of our clinical information and contribute to the smooth running of the Digitisation Service of our clinical records. You will provide an efficient and timely function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service which includes file preparation and document management.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • a high standard of interpersonal communication skills
  • the ability to process large volumes of documents with varying sizes and formatting
  • the ability to focus for extended periods of time
  • the ability to use digitisation hardware and software.
