About the role
We are looking for an Ophthalmic Photographer to join the Ophthalmology Outpatient Department here at Dunedin Hospital on a full-time, fixed-term basis.
The primary responsibility of the position is to provide photographic and technical support, as well as associated administrative services for the Ophthalmology Department.

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- have a positive ‘can-do' attitude.
- be open to new ways of working to provide patients with the most efficient and effective service.
- hold a Level 4 certificate in Digital Photography (or higher) or be working towards this.
- have some experience within an ophthalmic field, this would be advantageous but is not essential.
- be flexible in your availability as some occasional weekend work may be required.

Salary range
This role belongs to the DHB/PSA Allied, Public Health, Scientific & Technical Collective Agreement and falls between Steps 1 ($63,842 p.a. pro-rata) and Step 5 ($76,737 p.a. pro-rata) of the Non-Degree Technical Scale.
