RMO Unit Coordinator at Southern District Health Board (Invercargill/Dunedin), Otago

How many balls can you juggle at once, keeping them off the floor?

This is a busy, new fixed-term role where you'll put your outstanding time management skills to use juggling many tasks and priorities at once. This position has been created to provide support for our newly recruited Resident Medical Officers (RMOs), to help them with activities such as supporting the professional registration process and on boarding activities such as arranging orientation.

Based within the RMO Unit, you will form a close partnership with the team, the RMO Recruitment Advisor and also work with RMOs, senior doctors, managers and administrators.

This role is responsible for a high level of administration, tracking of candidates through the recruitment process and maintaining up to date files on each candidate to be able to keep ahead of workload required as well as providing additional support to the RMO Unit team.

Developing rapport with potential and new employees ensuring that all enquiries are promptly followed up, and any potential issues are overcome.

We're looking for our process driven, administrative super star who has a strong work ethic and superb attention to detail! Who can always find their way around a problem, who has a logical approach but isn't scared to ask questions and uses initiative. You'll be able to quickly build rapport across all levels of an organisation, thrive on daily challenges and ensure you get the ultimate result.
