- Full-time 1.0 FTE (80 Hours per fortnight)
- Monday to Friday *with an on-call component
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Cardiology Service for a qualified Pacing Cardiac Physiologist with interventional cardiac experience to join us on a permanent, fulltime basis. Whilst the main purpose of this role is to work within the CathLab we are in a position to provide training in implanted devices for the right candidate.
About the service
Dunedin Hospital is the Cardiology/Cardiac Surgery centre for Southern District Health Board. We are fortunate to be able to offer excellent training opportunities both locally and internationally, as well as maintaining close relations with the prestigious Otago University. The Cardiology Department itself is warm, welcoming and social.
About you
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Have evidence of ongoing CME and self-directed learning
- Ideally hold two years' or more experience in CathLab post registration
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills
