About the role
As a trusted integral member of the contracts team, you will be supporting and assisting in the administration, generation, and monitoring of Service Contracts as guided by the Contracts Manager. You will support the Contract Team in the administration of local Health and Disability service procurement practices and the administration of NGO Audit Activities.
About you
As you will be the main point of contact for Southern DHB contract enquiries, it is important that you have an excellent client service focus and experience in effective relationship management.
To be successful in this position, you will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Highly adaptable, flexible, and able to cope with fluctuating demands
- Significant administration experience and confident using Microsoft 365
- Organised and motivated, with the ability to prioritise your time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
- Diligence and efficient with a strong eye for detail
The ability to analyse data is preferred, but not essential.
The salary for this position is in accordance with the expired PSA South Island Administrative Employees Collective Agreement (1 February 2019 - 31 January 2022), S4 scale, currently $52,080 - $59,759 per annum, inclusive of the PSA Clerical and Administrative Staff Pay Equity Interim Adjustment, made by Southern DHB on 16 April 2021.
