Mō te tūranga - About the role/Mōu ake - About you

We're looking for a suitably qualified experienced Registered Nurse to fill this key role of Intake Worker that serves an important function as the first point of contact with the CAFS team. This role primarily involves receiving new referrals, clarifying these and gathering further information when required, then conducting the intake assessment sessions with consumers and family/whanau. Depending on the requirements of the department you may also be required to carry a small caseload as and when required.

Joining our multi-disciplinary team you'll bring your broad based generic caseload and mental health experience with excellent assessment and intervention skills, along with an ability to work under pressure as a team player committed to excellence in service delivery.

You must be a Registered Nurse, with a current APC – and have experience in working within a mental health sector with children, adolescents and their families.
