Salary band - $100k to $110k
- Manage a variety of construction projects
- End to end involvement from business case, concept design, through construction and handover
- Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week)

Our Facilities and Property Services team have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and manage a number of construction projects, from renovation/refurbishment/relocation projects, to building new theatres and installing new technology and cutting edge medical equipment, as well as energy reduction/decarbonisation projects as we move towards a carbon zero future.
Mōu ake - About you
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects
- A relevant qualification in an Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management field
- Relevant certification in project management such as PRINCE2
- Previous experience working on Capital Projects with multimillion dollar budgets
- Knowledge of the healthcare environment would be a big help

Utu whānui - Salary range
This role falls between $100,000 and $110,000 p.a depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
