Mō te tūranga - About the role
This is a new role, in a new team, within Facilities and Property. You will be the Contracts Manager, looking after around 100 different service providers; like electrical companies, plumbing companies, and security companies.
You will monitor their performance, and make sure they are providing a good service to Te Whatu Ora - Southern and providing good value to the taxpayer. Above all, you will help ensure our hospitals and other healthcare facilities are running smoothly, helping improve the health and wellbeing of your community.
Mōu ake - About you
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience managing supplier relationships
- Previous commercial experience managing budgets
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment would be a big help
- Most importantly, a positive 'can-do' attitude, and a desire to make things better

Utu whānui - Salary range
This role falls between $90,000 and $100,000 p.a depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
