Mō te tūranga - About the role
We are looking for an experienced Anaesthetic Technician with a strong background to
- Promote, facilitate, and provide education and support in clinical skills, policies and procedures and knowledge to our newer Anaesthetic team members.
- Supporting current staff learning new specialty procedures.
Mōu ake - About you
We're looking for a registered anaesthetic technician with strong credible clinical leadership skills. You will also have:
- A current New Zealand Registration and APC.
- Previous preceptorship experience or Adult teaching qualifications would be an advantage.
- A first-rate knowledge of professional standards and regulations for Anaesthetic Technicians with impeccable practice standards and speciality knowledge.

Utu whānui -Salary range
This role belongs to the Allied, Public health, Scientific & Technical Collective Agreement and falls between the step 9 ($87,999 p.a) and Step 12 ($99,420 p.a prorata) of the Degree based Allied, Public health & Technical scale.
