This isn't your ordinary customer service role; if you're coming from a background in warehousing and factory work, then you've got the expertise that will give you a huge advantage when it comes to helping out our diverse customer base. 

Some common responsibilities in the job will involve:

  • Dealing with customer queries via phone, email and face to face
  • Tracking down lost parcels
  • Organising import fees and receipts
  • Making sure parcels are scanned, sorted and dispatched correctly

This is a casual on call position working during business hours, mainly to help out during our busy Christmas period.
