About the Role

Hospital small enough to give you hands-on specialist-led experience, yet big enough to learn through an internationally renowned research partnership, your career opportunities are limitless
Working in a close-knit team, you will have excellent access to your Registrar & Consultant, and unrivalled opportunities to experience many of the varied presentations to the hospital.

You will be exposed to several medical situations that will equip you well for future training Registrar roles

You will have continued support in your professional development through 24/7 access to the library, weekly teaching and Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and regular RMO forums.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have:

Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or be eligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.  You can check your eligibility for registration by visiting the Council's website at MCNZ

A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience

It is requirement of the Medical Council of New Zealand that your qualifications are approved through EPIC. If you have a commitment to working in New Zealand, it is highly recommended that you start this process as soon as possible to allow your subsequent registration to be undertaken in a timely fashion.
