About the role
As a Dietitian based at Southland Hospital, you'll lead outpatient care while also supporting inpatient wards as required. You'll deliver services both in person and via telehealth, using the PACE (Patient Anywhere, Clinician Elsewhere) model to improve access for patients across the region, particularly in rural areas.

This secondary-level hospital role offers opportunities to contribute to clinical education, quality initiatives, and service development, making it ideal for someone who values flexibility, autonomy, and making a meaningful impact.
About the Team/Service Location
Our small, collegial Dietetics team works closely with the wider Allied Health, Nursing, and Medical teams across the Southern district. The hybrid model supports a mix of on-site care at Southland Hospital and remote telehealth, with strong peer support and clinical networks extending to Dunedin Hospital.

- have at least three years' experience across outpatient and inpatient settings
