About the role
We are seeking highly motivated pharmacists to join our friendly team in Southland Hospital on a full-time, fixed term and permanent basis.
The Southland Hospital Pharmacy service provides a full clinical and operational service to the Southland region. We provide a wide range of clinical services encompassing both generalist and specialist skills and are looking for someone to provide a service where their skills allow (be it in the dispensary, or clinically).
About you
You will have the ability to work and contribute as part of a team, have excellent time management skills, be a great communicator in verbal and in written language, and have very high standards of ethical and professional practice. A mature approach is essential as is having the ability to adapt to an ever-changing health environment.
Our ideal candidate will:
- have hospital experience so you can hit the ground running (preferred)
- be registered as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand under the provisions of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003
- have the right to work in New Zealand.
