Feedback Administrator at Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Southern, Southland

  • Permanent, part-time role (0.5 FTE - 20 hours per week)
  • Salary between $73,476 and $76,551 pro-rata per annum, depending on experience
  • Provide administration excellence within the Consumer Experience Service

About the role

We are a team focused on reducing patient harm, improving patient and whānau experience and outcomes, and fostering continuous improvement within the Southern region. We play an active role in driving transformation across the organisation and encourage teamwork, collaboration, and staff motivation to achieve the end goal of better health, better lives, Whānau Ora.

Your role as Feedback Administrator will work closely with the Feedback Coordinator to ensure effective processing of consumer feedback and adherence to required regulations, including timelines.

Some key areas of focus of your role will include the following:

  • Providing high-quality, confidential administrative support to the service
  • Efficient and effective processing of responses to concerns or complaints raised by consumers
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems and procedures
  • Building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders

About you

  • Strong customer service approach with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure positive outcomes
  • Clear and positive communication style
  • At least two years' experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office suite
  • Professional approach with strong ethics and the ability to work in a sensitive and confidential manner
