Mō te tūnga | About the role
The purpose of this position is to manage offenders who are sentenced to community work and/or community detention. We are seeking a future-focussed, dynamic people-person who can traverse Te Ao Maori comfortably, providing manaaki of our people on sentence and kaitiaki of our community work centre as Senior Community Work Supervisor.
You must possess exceptional engagement and communicative skills to get work done through others as you'll provide some leadership to a small team of Community Work Supervisors. Efficient time management is essential, as is a full driver licence.
This is a full-time role with operating hours between Monday – Saturday, there is flexibility in how you work with the potential to look at a 4 day working week with 10 hour days. You will be someone with organisational skill, a commitment to continuous improvement, with a good understanding of managing risk.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
$58,313 - $64,204. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
