About your team / Ko te tīma

Our Digital and Information Services team guide WorkSafe to make sound technology decisions, investing where appropriate, and leveraging common easy to use systems that are well connected, secure, managed, and standardised.

About the role / Ō te tūranga

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of supporting and enhancing WorkSafe's mission-critical D365 case management platform. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our systems—leading continuous improvement initiatives, configuring and customising the platform, and collaborating closely with our talented development teams.

This role is also about people. You'll champion user adoption through hands-on training, provide essential business-as-usual (BAU) support, and work alongside other Digital & Information Services (D&IS) teams to ensure our solutions are not only implemented but embraced.

 

 

What You'll Do/ Ko tōu ake mahi

  • Collaborate and deliver: Partner with stakeholders and peers to deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals and improve operational efficiency.

  • Be a trusted advisor: Guide stakeholders in leveraging technology to overcome challenges, meet objectives, and navigate complex technical needs with confidence.

  • Ensure quality: Bring a sharp eye for detail to every solution and engagement, adding value through quality assurance and continuous improvement.

  • Drive adoption: Support user training and BAU activities, and work closely with change and adoption teams to ensure our solutions are not just delivered—but truly make a difference.

 

What You'll Bring / Ko ngā pukenga ōu

  • 1-3 years' previous or similar experience in implementing solutions on the Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Certifications.
  • Exceptional relationship management, presentation, communication and QA skills.

Salary range / Awhe utu

As part of our remuneration framework the full salary range for the position is from $84,504 to $111,298, and our expected starting base salary for the right person is from $84,504 to $93,435.  Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional too/on top of your base salary.
