Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and supportive occupational therapy team. We have a Clinical Career Pathway and support therapists with continued education, professional development, regular supervision and in service training. We are looking for a therapist with postgrad experience who is keen to apply their clinical knowledge and skills across all areas of physical health practice. We need someone who works best in a multidisciplinary setting, is flexible and enjoys diversity in their work.

This is a permanent full time position working 80 hours per fortnight.

Moū - About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Enable accreditation or working towards accreditation in the areas of personal care and household management, basic housing modifications and Level 1 wheeled mobility and postural management.
  • Current full NZ driver's licence with ability to drive a manual and automatic car.
  • Desirable
  • Minimum of two years post graduate clinical experience.
  • Clinical experience applicable to role, ie. occupational therapy skills across all areas of physical health and disability
