The Programme Manager for Deportees will lead Corrections Services through multiple complex changes expected in the Deportee sector over the next three years. This position will also be responsible for supporting initiatives across agencies, throughout New Zealand and Australia.

- Leadership of others, one direct report and role modelling and supporting the wider team.
- Demonstrated experience in roles working within/across multiple sector agencies and building and maintaining these relationships.
- A role model to others, exhibiting the values of Tikanga Maori
- Ability to understand motivations and understanding objectives and priorities of organisations outside of corrections
- Proven experience of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- An ability to undertake occasional national travel is part of the role.
Utu ā-tau | Salary
The mid point of the salary range is $151,581 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
