Mō te tūnga | About the role
As our Digital Workplace IT Programme Coordinator, you will provide efficient and effective administration, planning, and co-ordination to support the Manager, Digital Workplace Systems and the Programme Manager in the delivery of a myriad of projects and BAU work packages.
Being organised and agile with excellent interpersonal skills will ensure your success in this role. You are comfortable with a range of tasks including organising induction and onboarding of new staff, maintaining document management structures and systems, travel coordination, financial administration and providing secretariat functions to specified projects.
Projects in this space range from minor to transformational and support the delivery of enterprise collaboration and communication services across the organisation as well as strategic initiatives coming up across People & Capability, New Zealand Parole Board, Infrastructure, Custodial and Community Probations.

In addition to having an interest in project/programme management, you'll also bring:
- Ability to produce high quality and accurate IT Project / Programme reporting and meeting minutes,
- Ability to provide support with financial activities such as project forecasting, goods receipting and processing invoices for payment, creation, and maintenance of purchase orders,
- Highly organised and used to juggling multiple disparate tasks,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- A can-do attitude and the ability to meet deadlines and flex where required.
Utu ā-tau | Salary
The midpoint of the salary range is $88,576 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $75,290 - $106,292 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
