As a Senior Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting payroll and HR systems, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and driving enhancements that align with business and strategic goals.
Some of the role's accountabilities include:
- Providing expertise in support of payroll development and issue resolution
- Leading the delivery of system change, using internal and external resources
- Facilitate system upgrades and provide testing support
- Supporting internal SAP teams across collaborative

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills as well as:
- Proven experience in providing system solutions for payroll and wider HR systems
- Excellent knowledge of New Zealand Payroll and relevant New Zealand legislation
- Experience dealing with users & business requirements and developing these into technical system specifications and deliverables
- Proven customer service focus with ability to build strong working relationships
- Understanding of current technology trends and directions
Utu ā-tau | Salary
The midpoint of the salary range is $106,789 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $90,771 - $128,147 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
