Mō te tūnga | About the role

The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for providing technical support for the delivery of payroll and HR support, ensuring that the system is legally compliant and enhancing the solution in line with business and strategic goals.

Some of the role's accountabilities include:

• Providing expertise in support of technical payroll development and issue resolution
• Leading the delivery of system change, using internal and external resources
• Facilitate system upgrades and provide testing support utilising functional and technical Payroll knowledge
• Supporting internal SAP teams across collaborative goals

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience 

 We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills as well as:

• Proven hands-on experience in providing technical system solutions for payroll and wider HR systems
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand Payroll and relevant New Zealand legislation
• Experience dealing with users & business requirements and developing these into technical system specifications and deliverables
• Experience in providing detailed analysis to complex payroll data
• Proven customer service focus with ability to build strong working relationships
• Understanding of current technology trends and directions 

Utu ā-tau | Salary 

The midpoint of the salary range is $106,789 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $ 90,771 - $128,147 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
