Project Coordinator at NZ Commerce Commission, Wellington or Auckland

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Dairy, Fuel and Payments team in our Market Regulation branch. This permanent role can be based in either our Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) or Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) office.

 

Mō te tūranga | About the role

The Market Regulation Branch of the Commerce Commission is responsible for regulating the telecommunications, fuel, dairy, grocery and retail payment systems.

 

This is a busy and varied role that provides coordination and administrative support across multiple projects, which will give you an opportunity to develop your project management skills. You will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure project activities are well-managed and delivered effectively.

 

The indicative salary range for this role is $73,050 - $85,942 plus 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution. The successful candidate will be appointed at a starting salary which reflects their individual skills, experience, and internal relativities across the organisation.

If you have the following skills and attributes, you could make a great Project Coordinator:

  • Some project coordination experience working in medium to large projects
  • Proven administration experience
  • Experience with information management
  • Problem solving and time management capabilities
  • Understanding of project management framework
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative approach
