As implementation progresses, you will ensure the askHR operating model, processes, and service expectations are applied as needed across the region in a customer-centric way. You will also ensure operational excellence so that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

You have a natural inclination to support and develop others, with a genuine desire to teach and empower your team to confidently use systems such as askHR.
