Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Group Manager, National Digital Services. You will report to the Manager of the Office of the Chief Data and Digital here at Te Whatu Ora, and will be part of a team that provides EA and other support to the Chief Data and Digital and the Senior Leadership Team.
As an experienced EA you will slot in with ease as you take full control of a busy diary, schedule all meetings and ensure the Group Manager is in the right place at the right time with everything they need to achieve results.
Key to your success will be your ability to maintain oversight of all internal and external updates by managing emails, creating business correspondence and minutes, and undertaking secretariat support along with ensuring things flow seamlessly.
You will also provide administrative support to the Group Manager's direct reports.
This role will require you to anticipate needs and be flexible to change as you respond to a range of events both big and small.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to build relationships and gain trust swiftly with a broad range of stakeholders, both face to face and virtually so being confident across the range of MS office products, will ensure your success in this role.
